You can regularly update your data through the Job Centre, allocate your application to various advertisements, keep yourself informed about the application status of current applications, or if there is no suitable call for applications online for you, you can register in the pool of applicants.


If you are an external applicant and want to join our Job Centre for the first time, you must first register.

As an active member of staff of the University of Vienna you likewise have the opportunity to register your interest in other areas of work and/or university institutions via your application profile. You can find the Job Centre for university staff through the Univis portal (link).
